Key job responsibilities
This role is focused on looking at our KSA workplace from an overall country lens working across multiple businesses, predominantly operating in Amazon Stores and Payment entities. The incumbent will architect the launch of programs and initiatives in line with government Saudi Vision 2030, to focus on overall Saudi progress and take steps towards that. This will include HR program delivery from conception and design through implementation, measurement, closure, and supporting day-to-day operations as well as on-going process improvement. Further breakdown of responsibilities is mentioned below:
• 8+ years in HR business partnering / project management
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources or related field is required
• Experience of operating as a strategic Business Partner, with demonstrated success in meeting exceptionally high standards in a high-volume, fast-paced, hands-on environment
• Fluency in written and spoken English and Arabic is essential
• Experience in coaching senior leaders and managers and strong talent assessment skills
• Master's Degree/MBA in Human Resources Management or related field is preferred
• Ability to work independently, as well as an active member of both business and HR teams
