The Job
- Formulate and implement the sales & marketing activities for residential projects
- Liaise with various government departments, Housing Authority, consultants and internal divisions to ensure smooth launch of housing scheme
- Prepare sales & marketing literatures and legal documents in compliance with Residential Properties (First-hand Sales) Ordinance
- Develop and implement sales & pricing strategies
- Monitor the handover progress and defect rectification
- Monitor the renovation of show flats, sales centre and handover centre
- Handle tender procurement, cash flow forecasts and budget
The Person
- Degree holder in Real Estate, Surveying, Marketing or related disciplines
- Minimum 8 years of experience with solid record of residential sales and marketing
- Proactive with good communication and analytical skill
- Excellent spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Proficiency in MS Windows application, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
- Willing to work on irregular hours and weekend / public holiday as necessary
