Responsibilities

  • Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of business development strategies, allowing you to make data-driven adjustments and recommendations for continuous improvement.
  • Identifying novel business prospects and potential partnerships to propel company expansion by conducting comprehensive market analysis and recognizing emerging industry trends.
  • Participating in contract negotiations and discussions, harnessing expertise to clinch favorable agreements and partnerships congruent with the company's strategic objectives, while nurturing enduring connections with stakeholders.
  • Developing and executing strategic roadmaps to amplify the customer portfolio and augment revenue diversity, encompassing the creation of customized proposals for persuasive client engagement.
  • Consistently gauging the impact of applied business development methodologies through persistent oversight, empowering data-derived refinements and furnishing valuable counsel for continuous betterment.
  • Collaborating intimately with sales and marketing teams, playing a pivotal part in the formulation and execution of potent business development campaigns and initiatives, while also fostering and reinforcing key business associations.

Requirements

  • Proven experience in SaaS sales, preferably in the hospitality or loyalty programs sector.
  • Strong understanding of customer loyalty programs and digital marketing solutions.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Arabic and English.
  • Ability to work independently and manage the full sales cycle.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience working with CRM and sales tools.
