We are seeking a creative and results-driven Retail Marketing Specialist to oversee the online store management and coordinate retail marketing campaigns for our products. This individual will work closely with the social media department to ensure a seamless online shopping experience and will be responsible for developing and executing marketing campaigns to drive sales, enhance brand presence, and improve the customer experience across digital platforms.
Oversee and manage the e-commerce store to ensure smooth functionality, up-to-date product listings, and a positive user experience. Work with web development teams to troubleshoot issues and implement enhancements as needed. Ensure product details are accurate and up-to-date, including pricing, promotions, and availability.
Develop and execute marketing strategies to boost online sales and attract new customers. This includes promotions, discounts, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and customer loyalty programs.
Collaborate with the social media department to ensure cohesive marketing messaging and online presence. Support the creation of content calendars and assist in curating engaging posts, product features, and campaign announcements that align with overall marketing goals.
Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of digital marketing campaigns across various online channels, including email marketing, social media, and online ads. Analyze the performance of campaigns, identify areas for improvement, and provide recommendations for future initiatives.
Develop strategies to enhance customer engagement through personalized offers, retargeting ads, and direct communication via email or social media channels. Monitor customer feedback and reviews to ensure a positive brand image and resolve issues swiftly.
Work closely with the sales and product teams to ensure alignment between marketing campaigns and product availability. Provide support for product launches and seasonal promotions, ensuring effective communication and timely execution.
