Country Sales & Marketing Manager
Our client, a leading Paint Manufacturing company in KSA, is looking for a Country Sales & Marketing Manager to be based in Riyadh and report to the CEO.
The ideal candidate should have good experience/exposure in KSA, particularly Riyadh, and will be responsible for leading and developing all sales activities of the company across three main channels: Retail Sales, Online Store Sales, and Projects Sales.

  1. Responsible for leading and developing all sales activities of the company into the three main channels: Retail Sales, Online Store Sales, and Projects Sales.
  2. Developing & implementing business plans & sales strategy to ensure attainment of company objectives for maximum growth & profitability.
  3. Evaluating performance & making action plans.
  4. Conducting regular training & counseling for team members to build motivation & improve selling skills.
  5. Responsible for team management.
  6. Handle customer/dealer complaints.
  7. Achieve growth by executing the sales strategy. Conduct in-depth competitor analysis and keep abreast of current market trends & build a strong product position in the market.
  8. Prepare the annual sales and marketing budget and ensure achievement of budgeted figures.
  9. Develop strategy for dealer network expansion and appoint new dealers.
  10. Build & manage relationships with dealers, ensuring a personal rapport with top dealers.
  11. Ensure all complaints and issues from dealers/distributors are attended to properly and addressed in the shortest possible time.
  12. Conceptualize & implement sales promotional activities such as painter/dealers meet & demonstrations as part of brand building & market development efforts.
  13. Sales forecasting on a country level on a monthly & annual basis.
  14. Analyze & review market response/requirements & communicate the same to the sales teams for new launches.

Gross Salary: No bar for the right candidate.

Qualifications and Skills
Bachelor's degree in an appropriate field, such as business administration or engineering. MBA qualified candidates are preferable.
