We are looking for a highly motivated & detail-orientated Service Technician to join our team. You'll play a key part to ensure seamless operations for our lab and diagnostics customers.
Your Role
- Installation & Training: Perform on-site installations, trainings and follow comprehensive testing procedures to verify equipment is operating safely and correctly.
- Technical Support & Troubleshooting: Provide troubleshooting and repair support, assisting both customers and other service teams to resolve technical issues quickly and effectively.
- Customer Engagement & Solutions: Conduct routine maintenance & service tasks, build strong customer relationships while supporting sales and service targets.
- Compliance & Safety: Upkeep of service tools & facilities in compliance with regulations and licensing requirements. Ensure adherence to safety standards and statutory guidelines.
- Reporting & Insights: Generate detailed reports and documentation with accuracy and timeliness. Provide valuable insights for service enhancement.
What We Are Looking For- Educational Background: Diploma/Degree Biomedical/Electronic Engineering or related.
- Solid understanding of repair, preventive maintenance, testing, and commissioning methodologies. Experience with laboratory or diagnostic equipment is an advantage but not required.
- Technical & Problem-Solving Skills: Troubleshooting abilities with a results-driven mindset to achieve First-Time-Fix-Rate (FTFRs).
- Good Work Ethnics: Punctual & responsible, committed to maintaining high service standards and delivering excellence.
- Customer Relationship Management: Proactive, customer-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
- Teamwork & Independence: Able to work both independently and collaboratively within a dynamic team, meet deadlines and prioritize tasks efficiently.

- Open to Travel: Owns a car and is ready to travel across Klang Valley and outstation regions.
