Your Opportunity at ARC’TERYX:
As the Community Marketing Manager (CMM) - Italy, you will drive the brand presence in your market through community marketing experiences, partnerships and ambassadorships. By activating your network (outdoor communities, creative and cultural organizations, ambassadors, businesses, nonprofit organizations, wholesale partners, agencies, etc.) you consistently leverage the Italian zeitgeist to create authentic interactions with our brand. Your objective is to build a globally leading Arc’teryx local community, that will increase our notoriety as the core outdoor brand of choice, throughout the Italian market and beyond.
You are the pinnacle Arc’teryx representative and activator for the Italian market, consistently driving engagement with the brand, and passionate about connecting the dots between people, projects, and events, in alignment with Arc’teryx vision and values.
This role is Milan region-based, with your daily schedule split between working from the Arc’teryx store and working from home. Business operation hours occur in the European Central timezone. Candidates must be eligible to work in Italy.
Meet Your Future Team:
The Community Marketing Manager - Italy is part of the Arc’teryx EMEA Brand Marketing team, reporting directly into the Senior Manager Community Marketing EMEA. The role also collaborates closely with the EMEA Retail & Commercial team, including the Regional Manager South and the Arc’teryx Milan store team, as well as with the Global Arc’teryx Brand, Community and Retail teams, external agencies and freelancers.
