Marketing Manager – Growing National Brand (Based in Northern Italy, near Lake Garda & Verona)

We are partnering with a well-established and fast-growing company to recruit an experienced Marketing Manager who can take the lead of the entire Marketing function—both strategically and operationally. This role is a key driver in elevating brand awareness, revenue growth, and customer loyalty through integrated digital and offline strategies.

• Defining and executing the annual marketing plan aligned with company objectives.
• Shaping brand positioning and communication across all channels.
• Overseeing digital campaigns (performance marketing, social media, CRM, SEO / SEM) as well as strategic partnerships.
• Analyzing data and KPIs to enhance commercial performance and optimize the customer journey.
• Leading and mentoring the internal Marketing & Communications team, while managing external agencies.
• Supporting Sales and Events with targeted initiatives and dedicated projects.
• Managing the marketing budget with a focus on efficiency, control, and ROI optimization.
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, and new opportunities to enhance the service offering and customer experience.

• A degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related discipline; MBA or Master’s preferred.
• At least 10 years of experience in senior marketing roles, ideally within Leisure, Wellness, Hospitality, or Entertainment.
• Strong expertise in digital marketing, brand management, and data analysis.
• Excellent leadership and project‑management skills, with the ability to collaborate cross‑functionally.
• Creativity, a results‑driven mindset, and a strong data‑driven approach.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, in both Italian and English.
