Project-based role with hourly compensation of 30-50€ depending on experience

On-site installation in Rimin/Pesaro area

MASE Home is a well-funded Norwegian based startup on a mission to revolutionize urban living through sustainable, space-saving furniture powered by cutting-edge robotics. As we prepare to launch our first product and set up our production in Italy, we're looking for an automation engineer who shares our passion for innovation, sustainability and solving complex engineering challenges.

Your Responsibilities:

• Develop PLC code to control the robotic ceiling bed (motion, safety, etc.)
• Integrate and configure sensors, limit switches, and motor drivers
• Conduct on-site installation, testing, and commissioning
• Ensure functional safety and support CE compliance documentation
• Collaborate closely with our design and mechanical team for seamless integration

About You:

• Degree in Automation, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related field
• 3+ years of experience with PLC programming and machine automation
• Hands-on experience with controlling electric motors, sensors, and wiring
• Familiarity with CE marking and machinery safety standards

Bonus if you have:

• Experience with smart home or IoT integrations
