As we continue to expand, we are looking for an immediate and permanent candidate for our Italian office in Vimercate.

Your responsibilities:

1. Plan and coordinate transportation routes
2. Provide instruction and documents to warehouse and transport companies
3. Provide documents for customs clearances
4. Monitor and track shipment status of goods according to customer requirements
5. Communicate with transport companies and solve transportation issues
6. Negotiate transport or logistics rates with suppliers and customers in order to minimize costs
7. Manage warehouse staff to ensure proper shipping and storage of supplies
8. Provide assistance for maintaining logistics planning tasks

What we like about you:

1. Professional experience and industry knowledge in chemistry are an advantage
2. Strong attention to detail and high self-motivation
3. Good knowledge of MS-Office Suite
4. Experience with Microsoft Business Central is a plus, general ERP experience a must
5. Self-initiated and independent work
