Description and Requirements
The Position will support Marketing Operations Director and Marketing Management Team at EMEA Level, with real-time data and investment analysis to provide a clear view of the investment status and base for decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Set Up and maintenance of Business and Marketing related Dashboards
- Budgets Loading in systems and related Control for all Business Units in Lenovo EMEA
- Budget Allocation Tracker Updating
- Budget Review for all EMEA HQ Functions with Weekly/Bi-Weekly calls
- EMEA HQ Activities Management in Marketing Systems
- Management of Business Partners Payments Processes
- Management of EMEA Alliances Claims Tracker
- Communication of details of budget usage with Alliances
- Marketing DATA Validation
- KPI Set Up and Measurement
- Support the Company beyond the current understanding of our marketing ROI and in defining proper KPI Structure
- Develop positive relationships within the marketing leadership team and across critical cross-functional teams
- Support annual and quarterly planning for Marketing and Revenue operations
- Implementation of AI solution for Marketing and Business Planning within EMEA Marketing Organization
Position Requirements:
- Ability to develop/deliver solutions to complex problems where analytics, process change/development are keys to success
- 1-3 years of related experience in an analytics, consulting, or strategy role
- Past experience engaging with executives; including preparing strategic analysis, crafting recommendations, and implementing the proposed solutions
- Experience running mid-to-large cross-functional projects with varying degrees of complexity
- A strong collaborator and communicator capable of working in a cross-functional environment to achieve success
- A person with the energy, drive, passion, and enthusiasm to do and be motivated, creative, results-oriented, and possess the ability to communicate complex ideas in ways that are simple to understand
- Strong attention to detail
- Very high level of usage of Microsoft tools + capability of working with complex IT systems
- Fluency in both written and spoken English is essential
