La figura sarà impegnata nell’analisi e monitoraggio delle performance di business, supportando la definizione di modelli per l’ottimizzazione delle stesse.Principali attività : * Supportare proattivamente il business nell’analisi dei dati strutturando attività di reporting avanzato per il monitoraggio periodico delle performance;* Partecipare attivamente alla definizione e all’analisi dei KPIs funzionali al governo del business implementando dashboard dedicate e presentazioni in power point;* Contribuire allo sviluppo e alla gestione di modelli analitici avanzati per l’ottimizzazione delle performance;* Predisporre attività di chiusura mensile e analisi degli scostamenti proponendo eventuali azioni correttive;* Fornire data driven insights di business alla business unit.
