Are you a creative, organized, and motivated marketing professional with a passion for social media and digital content? Hidden Hills Villas in Uluwatu, Bali is looking for a Marketing Coordinator to support our marketing efforts across social media, digital campaigns, and content creation.
About Us
Hidden Hills Villas is a luxury boutique resort in Uluwatu and a proud member of Small Luxury Hotels of the World. We offer 14 unique villas, 22 rooms, a new spa, the Hidden Gem Restaurant & Wine Lounge, and an in-house wine boutique.
Your Role
- Assist in creating and posting content for Instagram and TikTok.
- Help develop our TikTok channel from the ground up.
- Support digital marketing campaigns (emails, online ads, SEO).
- Coordinate influencer visits, media requests, and collaborations.
- Assist with marketing materials like visuals, blog posts, and newsletters.
- Help update the website and booking platforms.
- Track basic analytics and assist with performance reporting.
- Work closely with the Marketing Executive, Sales, and Management teams.
Who You Are
- Minimum 1–2 years of marketing experience in a hotel, resort, or luxury brand.
- Strong knowledge of Instagram and TikTok.
- Good copywriting and basic design skills (Canva, photo/video editing a plus).
- Comfortable creating and editing short-form videos.
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Passionate about luxury travel and hospitality.
