Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab:

1. Create compelling content suitable for all platforms, guiding a team to do the same.
2. Creating, managing, and editing text, video, and slideshow digital news content and coverage for all platforms.
3. Collaborating with the entire newsroom on developing stories and best practices for digital publishing.
4. Work closely with other key newsroom leads to ensure a multiplatform approach with all our content.
5. Responsible for day-to-day decision making and story selection, headline writing, social media, and breaking news for digital audiences.
6. Plan and execute live-streaming strategy to encourage viewership on digital platforms.
7. Create digital coverage plans for big news events. Consider how content is organized/displayed, design interactive elements, order graphics, etc. to enhance coverage.
8. Work closely with marketing to develop unique commercial content.

1. Experienced as video/content producer or videographer & editor or senior content creator for at least 3 years.
2. Have at least 2 years experience as a news reporter, always updated with the latest news.
3. Passionate and knowledgeable about journalism and storytelling.
4. Extensive knowledge of YouTube optimization.
5. Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
6. Thorough understanding of online video environment and online distribution.
7. Ability to create content for various audiences in a clear, consistent, strategic manner.
