Build and execute a social media marketing strategy to achieve advertisers' business objectives (Awareness, Consideration, Conversion Phase).
Execute visual briefs, copywriting, creative content, video content, live streaming, and community management across Grid Network’s social media assets (TikTok, Instagram, Twitter, & Facebook) for all media brands.
Work closely with marketing, sales, activation, and editorial functions at Grid Network.
Prepare analytics and detailed reports.
Minimum Qualifications
Min. Bachelor degree in marketing or communication is a plus.
One or two years of related work experience in advertising agencies or news publishers.
Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
Broad knowledge of the social media landscape, platforms, and technologies.
Professional expertise in video editing, creativity, on-camera communication, time management, and understanding the TikTok algorithm for impactful and successful video content.
Demonstrates understanding of video editing, preferably from mobile phone.
Genuine interest in digital platforms, particularly in social media, and a willingness to learn more about this digital space.
Excellent confidence to host a news video.
Strong team player with a proactive attitude and a creative/innovative mind to create eye-catching, relevant content and effectively convey your points.
Strong analytical abilities to read, interpret, and utilize data, and to derive actionable insights for optimization and experimentation.
Robust and detail-oriented, capable of handling multiple campaigns simultaneously.
