Influencer Representative (Circle Management)

Job Description:
- Research and identify new content creators in Indonesia and Asia for collaborations as Circle Management's (@circlemanagement.id on Instagram) talent.

- Maintain and update talent databases, contracts, and project details.

- Support our talent's content with basic photo or video editing tasks.

- Help coordinate influencer campaigns and maintain strong relationships with clients and talents.

- Respond to client inquiries via WhatsApp and ensure smooth campaign interactions.

Requirements:

- Min. bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.

- Min. 1 to 2 years of similar experience.

- Able to work full-time Monday-Friday and willing to work in a hybrid work environment (Mix between WFH & WFO).

- Collaborate well with diverse groups of people.

- Fast response & detail-oriented.

- Strong verbal and written communication skills in Indonesian and English (written and spoken).

- Knowledge of current social media marketing trends and tools.
