Product Designer

1. Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers
2. Illustrate design ideas using storyboards, process flows and sitemaps
3. Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs, widgets, etc
4. Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how the visual, interactions, and paths look like
5. Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
6. Prepare and present drafts to internal teams and key stakeholders
7. Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
8. Conduct usability testing and product/feature adjustments based on user feedback

1. Minimum 1-2 years work experience as a Product/UX Designer or similar role
2. Mastery of human-centered design
3. Mastery of interaction design skills and attention to detail
4. Excellent with logical and data approach to communicate design details
5. Experience using Figma and design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
6. Experience developing dashboard-type products
7. Team spirit; strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
8. Good time-management skills
9. BSc in Design, Computer Science or relevant field
10. Knowledgeable in using genAI tools (e.g. chatGPT, midjourney, etc.) or video editing tools (e.g. canva, CapCut, Adoble After Effects) is preferable
