Job Purpose

The Project Producer (Content Creative) is responsible for overseeing the entire content production process, from concept development to final delivery, focusing on innovative and engaging creative content. This role works closely with creative teams, clients, and partners to ensure content aligns with Team Liquid’s vision and brand strategy. The Producer is expected to manage multiple projects, ensuring timely execution and delivery of high-quality content that engages audiences across various platforms.

What You'll Be Doing:

1. Develop and execute creative content strategies that align with Team Liquid’s brand identity and marketing objectives.
2. Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative content ideas for digital campaigns, events, and social media.
3. Oversee the full production cycle of content, from planning and scripting to shooting, editing, and final delivery.
4. Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure timely completion and high production value.
5. Collaborate with creative teams, including writers, designers, videographers, and editors, to ensure consistency and creativity across all content produced.
6. Provide feedback and direction to ensure content is aligned with client goals and brand guidelines.
7. Act as the point of contact for clients and partners during the content production process.
8. Present creative ideas and concepts to clients, ensuring their input is incorporated while maintaining the creative integrity of the content.
9. Produce content optimized for multiple platforms, including digital ads, social media, video channels, live events, and eSports activations.
10. Stay up to date with content trends in the eSports and digital marketing industries, implementing new formats and styles where appropriate.
11. Ensure all content meets the highest standards of quality, creativity, and audience engagement.
12. Oversee post-production, including editing, sound design, and graphics, to ensure a polished final product.

What You'll Need:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Media Production, Film, Marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 2 years of experience in content production, creative direction, or media project management, preferably within the digital marketing or eSports industries.
3. Proven track record in producing high-quality, engaging content across multiple platforms.
4. Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
5. Exceptional creativity and storytelling ability, with a keen eye for design and visual aesthetics.
6. Excellent communication and presentation skills, both internally and with clients.
7. Proficient in content production tools, including video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, After Effects), and an understanding of social media platforms.
8. Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
