We are looking for candidates to grow Jakarta Camera to the next level.

• Able to design, build, maintain, and become talent for our social media presence across multiple platforms
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to provide creative insights and recommendations about social media campaigns
• Manage stakeholders to develop high-performance marketing campaigns
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
• Digital campaign planning and execution
• Create and design digital onsite and social assets for the company
• Adhere to brand guidelines and complete projects according to deadlines
• Use graphic design and video software, including working with a wide variety of media
• Advise marketing collaborators on design strategies to reach a particular target audience
• Review designs for errors before publishing
• Stay updated and research current market trends in design
• Other ad hoc tasks as assigned by the managers

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must have at least a degree or equivalent in a related field
• 2 years of work experience in a related field preferred
• Must have English language skills, both spoken and written
• Must have experience with graphic and video editing software (e.g., Adobe Creative Software, desktop publishing tools, graphic design software)
• Experience in copywriting
• Experience in managing brand KOL and affiliates
• Able to work independently within tight deadlines and adapt well in a fast-paced environment
• Good communication skills, discipline, hardworking, detail-oriented, high dedication, and care for the business
