Social Media Manager

Reelbuzz is a fast-growing short drama app bringing exciting, bite-sized entertainment to users across Indonesia and beyond. We’re looking for a passionate Social Media Manager to take our online presence to the next level—think “Netflix “ level vibes, but with a unique Reelbuzz twist!

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Media, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
2. At least 1-2 years of experience managing social media accounts, preferably in entertainment, short video, or digital content industries.
3. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and proficient in English; Mandarin is a plus but not required.
4. Strong “internet sense” (new trending)—you live and breathe TikTok, Instagram, and YouTube trends, and know what makes content go viral.
5. Upbeat, proactive, and positive attitude with a knack for spotting and jumping on hot topics and trends.
6. Creative storytelling skills—experience crafting engaging captions, scripts, or visuals that hook audiences.
7. Basic knowledge of video editing tools (e.g., CapCut, Canva, or similar) and analytics platforms (e.g., TikTok Insights, Instagram Analytics).
8. Familiarity with Indonesia’s pop culture, entertainment scene, and short drama audience preferences is a big plus.

1. Manage and grow Reelbuzz’s social media presence on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube, and other platforms, aiming for viral impact and massive engagement.
2. Plan and execute creative content strategies—think trending challenges, short drama teasers, and behind-the-scenes buzz—that reflect Reelbuzz’s fun and dynamic brand.
3. Stay ahead of the curve by tracking Indonesia’s hottest trends, memes, and pop culture moments, turning them into timely, clickable content.
4. Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to promote new drama releases and app features in a way that screams “must-watch!”
5. Engage with our community—reply to comments, spark conversations, and build a loyal fanbase that loves Reelbuzz.
6. Analyze performance metrics (views, likes, shares) to optimize content and keep the momentum going.
7. Experiment with fresh ideas to push our accounts beyond the norm—make Reelbuzz the go-to short drama hub that everyone’s talking about!
