Social Media & Content Creator

Job Description:
As the Social Media & Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and managing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness and engage our community. You will create compelling content, oversee our online presence, and ensure our messaging aligns with our brand identity.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Develop and execute a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, YouTube, etc.)
2. Create, curate, and manage engaging content, including photos, videos, reels, stories, and written posts.
3. Plan and schedule content calendars to ensure consistent posting and timely campaigns.
4. Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance using analytics tools.
5. Engage with our online community, respond to comments and messages, and foster meaningful interactions.
6. Collaborate with the marketing team to align social media efforts with overall marketing goals.
7. Stay up-to-date with social media trends, tools, and best practices to keep our content fresh and relevant.
8. Manage and oversee freelance photographers, videographers, or designers as needed.
9. Organize and promote events, tournaments, and special promotions through social media channels.
10. Ensure brand consistency across all platforms and communications.

Requirements:

1. Proven experience (2+ years) in social media management and content creation.
2. Must be fluent in English (written and verbal).
3. Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and analytics tools.
4. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
5. Creative mindset with a keen eye for design, photography, and video content.
6. Proficiency in graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and video editing software is a plus.
7. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Passion for sports, fitness, or the padel community is a bonus!
9. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
