JOB TITLE: Technology & Enablement Manager - Digital Engagement
LOCATION(S): London, Leeds, Halifax, Bristol, Birmingham, Manchester, Edinburgh, Chester
HOURS: Full-time
WORKING PATTERN: Our work style is hybrid, which involves spending at least two days per week, or 40% of our time at an office hub. We support agile working.
Digital Engagement is at the heart of serving and supporting our customers and accountable for running and transforming our digital channels and owning the design authority for our digital assets.
We collaborate across our channels and platforms, unlocking potential and bringing the bold to life by challenging the status quo, as we re-define banking of the future.
As a App Technology & Enablement Manager, you'll be at the forefront of designing how we show up for customers that will be both transformational to customers, colleagues, and our business. You will drive end-to-end strategy, architecture, and data optimisation of our digital applications.
This role requires an understanding of how digital applications' function, how they integrate with other systems, digital experience platforms like Adobe and how data flows across platforms to create seamless user experiences.
