We’re looking for a Salesforce Developer to design and implement scalable solutions that reduce technical debt, align our Salesforce environment with strategic business goals, and support the growth of the organization. In this role, you will collaborate with revenue and client services teams to evaluate and optimize Salesforce and supporting tools, ensuring our tech stack aligns with long-term business success.

Requirements

• Work directly with our customers to define requirements and present and deliver solutions.
• Responsible for architecting solutions and developing in Visualforce, Apex, Lightning Components, JavaScript, AJAX and other technologies to build customised solutions.
• Lead technical design sessions with customers and project team.
• Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise and understanding of latest Salesforce features and major launches and train and mentor our team on them.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver scalable Salesforce solutions that meet business needs and align with strategic objectives.
• Optimize Service Cloud for team, including Omni-Channel and future chatbot and ABX integrations.
• Reduce technical debt by maintaining a clean, efficient codebase and system.
• Develop custom solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and modern JavaScript to enhance functionality and user experience.
• Develop and maintain Salesforce configurations, Apex code, and integrations.
• Partner with revenue and client services teams to evaluate and implement system enhancements that contribute to business objectives.
• Share expertise and mentor team members to foster a culture of innovation and excellence.

Who You Are

• Experienced: 3+ years in technical roles, including 2+ years in Salesforce development.
• Technical Leader: Proficient in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning, and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Strategic Thinker: Able to align technical solutions with broader business goals and contribute to the overall technology strategy.
• Certifications: Salesforce Platform Developer I required; Platform Developer II preferred.

£38,000 - £58,500 a year

The annual base salary for this position ranges from £38,000 - £58,500. Pay will vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, experience, and relevant education and training. This position may also be eligible for an annual performance-based bonus, commission, or other variable pay plan.
