Job Description
GPA has moved from "start up to scale up" stage and is reaching the end of its first wave of digital transformation. We have implemented the best in class systems (Microsoft Dynamics 365, ServiceNow, Salesforce, Planon IWMS) & is implementing other systems (JIRA, Confluence, Ardoq and Microsoft 365) The GPA has delivered all of its major digital & data implementation and now requires a period of stabilisation, embedding & consolidation over the next 18 months to drive efficiencies before embarking on the next phase of innovation.

We are looking for an innovative & dynamic SPM to lead on Planon IWMS and ServiceNow CSM platforms development and management. As a key team member you lead the product lifecycle for our IWMS and CSM platform, ensuring the successful development, delivery and testing of solutions, enhancing workplace efficiency and user experience.

Product Strategy and Roadmap - Shape the future of Digital Workplace and Smart Buildings- Define and execute a clear product vision for Planon IWMS and ServiceNow CSM platforms that transform workplace service delivery, customer experience and employee experience.
- Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop innovative, scalable solutions that align with strategic business goals and drive exceptional user experience.
Product Development and Implementation - Lead End-to-End Product Development- Own and manage the entire product life-cycle, from ideation and concept through development, launch, and ongoing optimisation. Work cross-functionally with talented engineering, UX/UI, and QA teams to ensure seamless integration and platform excellence.
- Lead the end-to-end product development lifecycle for IWMS and CSM platforms, focusing on systems architecture and design tailored for workplace management covering property, asset, space, facilities and project management.
- Create and maintain a detailed IWMS / CSM platform roadmaps, outlining key milestones and deliverables to enhance workplace efficiency.
- Implement comprehensive testing strategies for the IWMS and CSM platform, ensuring the quality and reliability of all features and functionalities.
- Collaborate with the QA teams to conduct rigorous testing, including functional testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing.
- Lead iterative development and champion an Agile product approach, ensuring rapid delivery of key features and enhancements.
Drive Customer and User-Centric Product Solutions:- Partner with business leaders and users to understand their challenges and continuously innovate the platforms to meet the evolving business needs.
- Lead the development of high-value product features that simplify complex tasks, enhance user satisfaction, and maximise return on investment (ROI) for the business.
Strategic Stakeholder Management:- Act as a key liaison between business units, IT, and external suppliers to ensure platform success.
- Present product strategies, progress, and outcomes to senior leadership and stakeholders with clear insights and measurable success metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define IWMS and CSM platform requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals and the unique needs of integrated workplace management.
- Conduct specialised user research within the context of integrated workplace management to understand user behaviour, needs, and preference to ensure user and product centric development.
- Collaborate with design teams to translate IWMS and CSM user insights into user experience strategies and features, ensuring a seamless and efficient workplace environment.
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless collaboration throughout the IWMS and CSM platform development and testing process.
The Successful Applicant
Essential criteria:
- Track record of successfully delivering large-scale IWMS/CSM platform implementations, optimisations, and ongoing improvements.
- Strategic thinking who can translate business needs into a compelling product vision, always keeping the user experience at the forefront.
- An ability to manage complex projects while keeping a clear focus on the big picture and strategic business outcomes.
- Deep understanding of Planon IWMS, ServiceNow CSM, and how these platforms can be leveraged to create best-in-class workplace and customer experience.
- Proven experience as a Product Manager, with a focus on IWMS and CSM platform development, workplace management.
- Experience championing user-centric and product centric design principles, conducting user research, and translating insights into product features that enhance the user experience.
- Experience in creating and managing product roadmaps, prioritising features, and communicating product plans to internal stakeholders.
- Demonstrated success in collaborating with cross-functional teams including data, integration, development, and project delivery, to achieve product objectives.
- Planon Certified System Administrator or ServiceNow Certified System Administrator
- Experience of Planon System Design, Build, Configuration, Authorisation
Desirable criteria:- Strong background in user research, user experience, software configuration, and testing within the context of IWMS and CSM systems.
- Strong strategic thinking and the ability to align product initiatives with overall business goals, market trends, and customer needs.
