Express Recruitment are proud to be supporting one of Nottingham’s longest established software companies. Due to a recent company merger and increased investment, our client is seeking an experienced Software Engineer to join their team on a Temp to Perm basis.

You’ll be providing direct Software support to a range of individuals on a sole basis, and you’ll ideally have experience of using SaaS. The ideal candidate will be able to confidently provide 1st and 2nd Line IT Support to individuals, ensuring operations run smoothly for the whole business.

In return, you can expect to receive a generous hourly rate of £14.00 per hour, offers weekly pay whilst Temporary, and does also come with the opportunity for the role to become permanent for those who do well!

• Respond to technical calls from users of IT applications
• Set up, install and implement new software when required
• Assist with the set up of accounts on software, including password management
• Install updates to a range of software
• Provide general advice and guidance to users

• Demonstrable experience of working in Software Support
• Experience configuring and implementing ERP systems would be useful
• Strong IT Support experience – 1st and 2nd Line
• Ability to support individuals from all backgrounds
• Ability to build professional rapport with clients

Hours: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm

Contract Type: Temp to Perm for approx. 12 weeks
