Sokin is currently growing our Talent Acquisition team and we're now looking for our next Talent Acquisition Specialist to join us. Reporting into our Recruitment Manager, you will support with hiring across all functions, but with a focus on sales & marketing in particular.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting candidate research and market mapping to identify potential candidates.
• Building and maintaining a pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future needs.
• Developing and executing effective sourcing strategies using various recruitment tools and platforms.
• Screening and interviewing candidates to assess their skills, experience, and cultural fit.
• Coordinating with hiring managers to facilitate the interview process and gather feedback.
• Actively promoting diversity and inclusion within the hiring process.
• Providing candidates with a seamless and positive interview experience.
• Proven ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously, under tight deadlines.

Required experience:

• 18+ months of experience in talent acquisition or agency recruitment focused on sales & marketing.
• Experience recruiting for the payments or other financial sectors.
• Used to working in a fast paced environment.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) or recruitment CRM systems and HR databases.
• Experience in conducting behavioural interviews and assessing candidate competencies.
• Experience hiring for international roles is desirable but not essential.
