Remuneration: £29,765 + van / fuel card / package

Key Responsibilities:
Provide a high-quality service to tenants, specifically within domestic properties that are either occupied or void
Ensure any additional work is captured and communicated to the relevant person, so that the company can invoice for additional work completed
Compliant in timeframes allocated of jobs, ensure target dates are met
Compliance with materials / workmanship schedules
Maintain and care for all company tools
Use appropriate safety equipment
Ensure areas of work are left clean, tidy and safe at all times
Be responsible for and take due care of the company van in accordance with the company car policy
Liaison with the client, consultants, contract administrator, head office etc.
Be responsible for your own safety and all other around you
Material co-ordination and organisation
Ensure accurate / timely completion of any relevant site based documentation
Oversee/assist in the training of apprentices as required
The Ideal Person:
Level 3 NVQ in a relevant trade or equivalent
Previous trades experience in similar role
Up to date relevant industry knowledge
Up to date relevant knowledge of Health and Safety legislation
Current and Valid Full & Clean UK driving license
Valid CSR Card
Previous experience working within the Construction Industry
Ideally have experience working within the Social Housing sector
