Position: Technical Architect

Location: London, UK

Employment type: Full-time, 9 month Fixed Term (with possibility to extend)

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead the design and architecture of complex technical systems and applications, ensuring they align with the clients business objectives, security standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Develop and implement technology strategies, ensuring alignment with the bank’s digital transformation goals, market trends, and industry best practices.
• Oversee the integration of banking platforms, legacy systems, and third-party services to ensure seamless functionality and high performance.
• Ensure that technical solutions adhere to the highest security standards and comply with financial industry regulations (e.g., GDPR, PSD2, SOX, etc.).
• Identify bottlenecks and implement performance optimizations for high-volume banking systems, ensuring scalability and resilience.
• Work closely with senior management, business stakeholders, and development teams to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Native / fluent in English both verbal and written.
• Proven experience in designing and implementing complex technical solutions, particularly in Voice Bio, Gatekeeper projects, and voice print migration activities.
• Hands-on expertise in database migration, data integrity checks, and API integration, including SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
• Familiarity with managing change requests and updating progress through tools like JIRA.
• Strong knowledge of system architecture, security standards, and regulatory compliance in high-end industries (e.g., financial regulations).
• Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams, lead technical initiatives, and communicate effectively with stakeholders.
• Continuous learning mindset to stay updated on emerging technologies and industry best practices.
