Ideal Site Manager Candidate:
- Main contractor background
- Experience in fit outs/internals would be beneficial
- SMSTS
- CSCS Card
- Driving License
Site Manager Duties:
- Coordinate trades and labour for the internal packages.
- Monitor site performances against the programme.
- Report directly to the Project Manager on site
- Inductions and Toolbox talks
- Ensuring health and safety is kept to a high standard.
