My client is a high-end office fit-out contractor with multiple blue-chip clients. They have built a solid reputation in the industry by producing projects to a very high standard which has led to ongoing and long-lasting relationships. They are well established and provide their services across all of the UK.

Job role
They require a Site Manager to oversee a high-end office fit-out and refurbishment with a duration of 12 weeks. The project is a full internal fit-out with high-end finishes with a value of circa £1.2m. As well as day-to-day management, you will need to keep regular contact and communication with the building manager and contractors to ensure things run smoothly.

Experience required

1. Strong background in fit-out and refurbishment (Commercial office fit-outs preferred)
2. SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid certificates required
3. Worked on projects with a value up to £1m plus
4. Must be able to conduct site inductions and toolbox talks
5. Must be confident in conducting site, client, and progress meetings
6. Be able to manage a full site program to complete projects on time and to budget
7. Motivate Sub-contractors and trades on site to achieve project milestones
8. Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
9. Produce regular and clear progress reports
