We are seeking a skilled Site Manager to join our client's dynamic team. This role is perfect for individuals located in West or Central Kent, or South East London, who are ready to manage impactful projects across the region.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Supervise and manage site operations to ensure timely and budget-friendly project delivery.
2. Coordinate with project teams and stakeholders to achieve project goals.
3. Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.
4. Maintain high standards of quality and efficiency throughout the project lifecycle.
5. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and team members.

Qualifications and Experience:

1. Proven experience as a Site Manager in Education, Healthcare, Leisure, Commercial, or Government projects.
2. Strong leadership and communication skills.
3. Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
4. Familiarity with construction management software and industry standards.
