Electrical Site Manager

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Electrical Site Manager to oversee and coordinate all aspects of our construction projects. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent time management abilities, and proficiency in Civil 3D software. As a Site Manager, you will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while adhering to safety regulations.

Must Haves:

• At least 5 years of experience in M&E
• SMSTS or SSSTS
• Electrical Gold Card
• CSCS Black card (Preferred, not a must)
• Good commercial experience/ track record
• Electrical testing 2391 or equivalent

Duties

• Manage day-to-day operations on the construction site, ensuring compliance with project specifications and safety standards.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth project execution.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, monitoring progress and making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines.
• Conduct regular site inspections to assess work quality and adherence to safety protocols.
• Prepare reports on project status, including timelines, budgets, and any issues that may arise.
• Facilitate communication between team members and ensure all parties are informed of project developments.
• Utilise Civil 3D software for site design and planning purposes as needed.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Site Manager in M&E.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Proficiency in Civil 3D software is highly desirable.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills to manage teams effectively.
• In-depth knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and quality standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant qualifications in construction management or engineering would be advantageous.
