School Site Manager

Are you a practical, hands-on individual with a passion for maintaining safe, secure, and welcoming environments? Join this dynamic primary school community as a School Site Manager and play a key role in ensuring the school campus is always at its best!

Key Responsibilities:

1. Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school grounds and buildings
2. Manage and coordinate site security, including alarm systems and key holding
3. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
4. Liaise with contractors and external services for repairs and renovations
5. Support the smooth running of school events by setting up and dismantling equipment
6. Manage stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies

What We're Looking For:

1. Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
2. Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
3. Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
4. A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
