Are you a practical, hands-on individual with a passion for maintaining safe, secure, and welcoming environments? Join this dynamic primary school community as a School Site Manager and play a key role in ensuring the school campus is always at its best!
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day maintenance and cleanliness of the school grounds and buildings
- Manage and coordinate site security, including alarm systems and key holding
- Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
- Liaise with contractors and external services for repairs and renovations
- Support the smooth running of school events by setting up and dismantling equipment
- Manage stock levels of cleaning and maintenance supplies
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in facilities management or a related field
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and general building maintenance
- A proactive and flexible approach to problem-solving
- A friendly, professional attitude with good communication skills
