Job Title: Vice President – Private Wealth Solutions – Legal

Business Unit: Blackstone’s Private Wealth Solutions (PWS) Legal group.
This role will sit within a fast growing and dynamic business and involve product structuring and launching the firm’s individual investor focused vehicles, managing the day-to-day legal matters for new and existing retail funds, and assisting the other senior lawyers within PWS Legal with strategic projects.
Blackstone’s PWS group represents $260 billion of Blackstone’s $1.1 trillion of AUM and is a key growth driver for the firm. The individual investor space is at the epicenter of investment management and Blackstone’s PWS group is one of the most successful businesses of its kind in the industry. PWS is highly entrepreneurial and has a stated goal of hitting $1 trillion in AUM within the business unit, and the PWS Legal team is core to this mission.
