This is a standout opportunity to lead on significant non-contentious construction matters and contribute to some of the UK's most ambitious infrastructure projects - all within a Legal 500 Tier 1-ranked team.

About the Firm

You will:

  • Be a qualified Solicitor in England & Wales with 2+ years' post-qualification experience in non-contentious construction law.
  • Have a strong background in advising on standard form and bespoke construction contracts.
  • Demonstrate commercial awareness and a client-first mindset.
  • Be keen to mentor junior colleagues and contribute to team development.
  • Bring energy and confidence to business development and client relationship management.

What You'll Get

  • A key role in a Tier 1-ranked team with real influence on career direction.
  • A chance to work on nationally significant projects with high-profile clients.
  • Supportive leadership, mentoring, and a clear path for progression.
  • A competitive salary and generous benefits package.
  • Flexible and hybrid working built into the firm's culture.
  • A modern, forward-thinking firm that invests in its people and their futures.
