Real Estate Solicitor - Residential Development - Bristol
National firm are looking to hire a real estate solicitor to work on a range of residential development matters for a range of housebuilder clients. This real estate solicitor will have a minimum of 1 year PQE. This real estate team are based in Bristol on a hybrid basis.
The successful real estate solicitor will be acting for a wide range of housebuilder clients on a range of residential development matters to include site acquisitions, planning, development finance, and plot disposals.
You will be a qualified solicitor with at least 1 year PQE in real estate. You must be able to show that you have had experience within real estate development; if this is as part of a wider real estate caseload, please still apply. You must be able to show experience from a reputable real estate team and strong academics.
