Massage Therapist - On Call ($16.00)

Position Summary:
Our 5 Star Forbes Rated Resort and Spa is actively seeking a part-time on-call Massage Therapist to join their team!

Provide professional massage and body treatments to guests utilizing a variety of modalities offered by the hotel/resort. Must utilize appropriate products and knowledge of wellness practices to effectively meet the needs of the guests. Must maintain a current state license in massage therapy (certified CAMTC).

Job Duties:

1. Must follow proper payroll procedures, be on time for assigned shifts, and promptly serve each guest within the allotted time.
2. Utilize scheduling software to access daily schedule.
3. Maintain a neat and clean work area in accordance with hotel quality standards and California safety requirements.
4. Courteously and professionally answer guests’ questions and provide information about the services offered in the hotel/resort.
5. Utilize various treatment rooms to appropriately deliver all treatments.
6. Use each of the related massage products in accordance with standard operating procedures and use proper amounts of products to assist with cost containment.
7. Respond to any hotel or safety situation in accordance with policies and procedures.
8. Promptly report any concerns to management.
9. Perform other tasks or projects as assigned by hotel management and staff.
10. Maintain 5 diamond service standards.
11. Provide lateral service wherever necessary in the hotel.
12. Maintain a professional demeanor at all times to everyone.
13. Embody mission, vision, and values of the hotel daily.

Minimum Qualifications / Other Expectations:

1. High school or equivalent
2. Reading, writing, and oral proficiency in the English language
3. CAMTC License

Compensation:
Base Pay Start Rate: $16.00
