Duties of the Assistant Housekeeping Manager Include:

  1. Ensure all housekeeping activities comply with hotel policies and health and safety regulations.
  2. Help to manage the housekeeping team, including training, scheduling, and performance management.
  3. Lead and motivate the housekeeping team, fostering a positive and productive work environment.
  4. Cleaning and preparing guest rooms before arrival.
  5. Maintaining the public and communal areas of the hotel.
  6. Washing dirty bedding, clothing, and linen.
  7. Stocking and maintaining an inventory of housekeeping supplies.
