Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver a range of spa treatments, ensuring a luxurious and personalised experience for each client
• Maintain a high standard of service and professionalism across all locations
• Adapt to various spa settings and teams, integrating smoothly to ensure seamless client care
• Uphold spa and industry standards in hygiene, safety, and treatment protocols
• Ensure client satisfaction by providing friendly, knowledgeable, and attentive service

Requirements:

• Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 in Beauty Therapy or equivalent certification in spa, beauty, holistic or massage
• Personality: Friendly, professional, and adaptable, with excellent interpersonal skills and a positive can-do approach to tasks
• Attending Accepted Shifts & Time Keeping: Treatments and schedules are pre-planned to create a smooth flow between therapists. Attending booked shifts and being punctual ensures that the spa can maintain a seamless guest experience and a balanced workload for staff. Reliable therapists are more likely to be offered additional shifts, preferred assignments, and opportunities in premium locations, enhancing both experience and income potential
• Eligibility: Must be eligible to work in the UK
