Job Title: Registered Manager
Location: Preston, PR2
Salary: Starting at £50,000 + bonus (negotiable based on experience)
Working Hours: 9 to 5, with on-call duties shared with the senior team
Service: Children's Home
Service Users: Young People (EBD, Mild LD on ratios of 1:1)
Employment Type: Permanent
We are seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a new 2-bed children's home. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in establishing and growing the service while ensuring the highest standards of care.
You should have:
Experience managing an Ofsted Registered Children's Home
A Level 5 Diploma in Leadership & Management for Residential Childcare (or willingness to complete)
Strong leadership skills and knowledge of regulatory compliance
A passion for working with young people with EBD

The company was established in August 2024 and already has another home in operation with two young people. They have ambitious plans to grow, including a second home opening in Winter 2025/26, providing opportunities for progression.
