Our outstanding and successful client, a national IT Service Provider who works with some of the biggest household names in the UK, is looking to recruit an experienced IT Field Technician to join them on a permanent basis.
You will be based in the Preston area and will attend customer sites to diagnose and resolve technical IT issues relating to customers' on-site technology, including EPOS, business systems, and back office servers.
You'll be the bridge between tech issues and business success - making a tangible difference for customers!
Covering the Preston region (on-site visits + remote reporting)
Significant regional travel with some overnight stays (full expenses and accommodation provided)
Van provided
Monday to Friday (core hours will be 9am-5:30pm - but these may vary depending on demand)
Salary will be £25,000 plus an excellent benefits package including 23 days holiday per annum + bank holidays, private healthcare provided through BUPA, death in service (4 x salary), group income protection, company pension.
