Clinical Lead - Specialist School - OT or SALT
Full time permanent role
Location: Preston
Salary: £50,000 - £60,000 DOE

Compass Associates are proud to be working with one of the leading providers of children's specialist education services, to recruit a Clinical Lead for one of their Northwest schools. You will be the Clinical Lead for a specialist primary school in Preston for children aged 4 - 12 who have SEMH needs, autism, sensory processing disorders, learning disabilities and backgrounds of trauma.
This role combines clinical, leadership and managerial responsibilities as you will work directly with the children and be part of the senior leadership team leading the Therapy Team which includes an Occupational Therapist, SALT, an Educational Psychologist and Therapy Assistants. You will also collaborate closely with the Locality Clinical Lead to help shape, develop and grow the school's therapeutic provision.
This role is an exciting opportunity for a qualified Occupational Therapist or Speech & Language Therapist who has experience working with children within a specialist school/residential setting, has leadership experience and is looking for the next step in their career.
