We are looking for a Procurement Executive to join our growing team of like-minded tech people. Should you choose to accept, your responsibilities will encompass:

• Drive procurement operations by managing orders, tracking deliveries, and resolving issues while maintaining accurate documentation and policies.
• Build and maintain strong vendor relationships through performance reviews, tender processes, and cost-saving initiatives to optimize supply chains.
• Deliver exceptional client support by preparing quotes, researching product options, and collaborating with account managers to meet customer needs.
• Provide valuable insights with detailed procurement reports, vendor compliance tracking, and ethical purchasing analysis to support business growth.

• CIPS Level 3 Advanced Certificate in Procurement and Supply Operations or equivalent qualification
• Ability to persuade, influence, motivate and negotiate effectively at all levels within and outside the organisation
• Must have previous experience in a procurement/purchasing team
• IT background, ideally for a Microsoft Partner/Managed Service Provider would be beneficial
• Being involved in the drafting and compliance of procurement policies beneficial.
• Experience of managing busy workload with strict deadlines
• Experience of resolving client and internal queries professionally & efficiently
• Strong communication, and relationship-building skills
• People centric approach & service
• Excellent conversational fluency in English is required to clearly explain complex technical issues
