Job Title: Area Sales Manager – Metering / Energy Efficiency

Industry Sector: Energy Efficiency, Metering, Floor Boxes, Storage Boxes, Building Services, M&E Contractors, Main Contractors, Switchgear, Circuit Protection, Panel Builders, System Integrators, OEMs, End Users, Data Centres, Consultants, Low Voltage, Sales, Area Sales, Sales Engineer, Technical Sales

Areas to be covered: 50% London, 50% Midlands & South

Remuneration: £49,000 neg + 25% bonus

The role of the Area Sales Manager – Metering / Energy Efficiency will involve:

1. Field sales position selling technical energy efficiency systems, specifically metering systems to data centres.
2. All of your time will be spent influencing end users (predominately data centres) and consultants.
3. Initially will be targeted on KPI’s / CPD rather than turnover as project cycles are 18 months+.
4. Provide quotations for energy efficiency tenders.
5. Systems integrator programme management.

The ideal applicant will be Area Sales Manager – Metering / Energy Efficiency with:

1. Sales experience in the energy efficiency systems.
2. Metering experience.
3. Experience dealing with data centres.
4. Driven and self-motivated.
5. Personable, team player, and a people person.
