Packaging Technologist Job in Ringwood

Salary: Competitive, dependent on experience

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm, fully office based from Ringwood.

Holiday: 20 days holiday, plus bank holidays

Responsibilities of the Packaging Technologist:

1. Overseeing product specifications
2. Producing and managing product risk assessments for the development of new products
3. Ensuring products pass all legal and customer required testing
4. Management of our quality control and product inspection processes
5. Support in the creation of accurate and legally compliant nutritional and product description labels for all food products we supply worldwide
6. Management of any customer complaints
7. Logging, management and evaluation of all product related data within the business, and reporting (where appropriate) to internal and external stakeholders
8. Keeping apprised of all relevant toy safety and food safety legislation and reporting to the business

Minimum Skills and Experience Required:

1. Background working in a product compliance / quality administration role for an FMCG company
2. Packaging background
3. Own means of transport and driving licence

This Packaging Technologist role would suit candidates who have experience within the FMCG industry in a compliance, technologist, or product quality administration role. You will be required to be in the Ringwood office full time, so you must be within a commutable distance.
