Job description
My Client is currently looking for an HR Advisor for an initial 6-month contract based in Gloucester.
Rate of pay: £29.50 ph inside IR35 via an umbrella company
Term: 6 months, extendable
Hybrid: At least one day a week in Gloucester
Responsibilities:
- Leading on a complex restructure ensuring compliance with internal and statutory legal obligations and ensuring employees feel informed and involved in the process.
- Confident in using SharePoint and Microsoft packages.
- Managing restructure projects within the public sector.
- Up to date employment law knowledge and being values driven to lead a restructure process.
Qualifications:
- CIPD at Level 5 or above.
