This role serves as the technical expert for SAP SuccessFactors HR platform, providing system administration, troubleshooting, and user support to HR teams and employees.

In collaboration with IT, and external vendors, the HR Systems Administrator ensures that HR technology aligns with business needs, improves HR service delivery, and enhances the employee lifecycle through effective use of digital tools.

Responsibilities
  1. System administration of SAP SuccessFactors, configuring and maintaining the modules Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development and People Analytics.
  2. Review and streamline HR processes, leveraging automation and system functionalities to enhance efficiency.
  3. Collaborate with HR teams to identify pain points and propose system solutions.
  4. Lead and support continuous improvement projects related to HR technology.
  5. Develop and maintain HR dashboards and reports, using SuccessFactors analytics tools and external reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI).
  6. Partner with IT to align system capabilities and integration with other business applications.
  7. Troubleshoot system issues, manage tickets, and coordinate with SAP SuccessFactors support or IT teams for resolution.
  8. Ensure system updates and upgrades are tested and implemented without disruption to HR operations.
  9. Ensure HR data security, privacy, and compliance with GDPR and other applicable regulations.
  10. Conduct regular data audits to identify discrepancies and recommend corrective actions.
  11. Support HR audits and regulatory reporting requirements.
Qualifications
  1. Strong expertise in configuration and administration of SAP SuccessFactors, including Employee Central, Recruiting, Onboarding, Performance & Goals, Learning, Compensation, Succession & Development and People Analytics.
  2. Experience in HR process improvement and system implementations.
  3. Familiarity with HR operations, policies, and best practices.
  4. Experience in supporting breadth of processes within Hire to Retire (Hire, onboard, Pay / Reward, Develop, Manager, Benefits, Engage, and Retire).
  5. Experience in data management, reporting, and analytics tools (e.g. SAP Analytics Cloud, Power BI).
  6. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions.
  8. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  9. Detail-oriented with a focus on data accuracy and compliance.
  10. 3-5+ years experience working with SAP SuccessFactors or other HRIS platforms.
  11. Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, Business, or a related field.

Desirable

  1. SAP SuccessFactors certifications (e.g., Employee Central, Compensation, Performance & Goals) are desirable.
  2. Understanding of HR process automation, system integrations, and APIs.
  3. Experience in implementing Qualtrics Employee Engagement.
  4. Basic knowledge of SQL, HRIS databases, or cloud-based HR technologies is a plus.
