The Role
We’re looking for a skilled Data Analyst to provide strategic insights on disruptive technologies, leveraging AI, NLP, and data analytics to shape innovation in defense and security.
What You’ll Do:
- Analyze vast amounts of data from diverse sources (scientific publications, news, social media, etc.)
- Conduct horizon scanning & trend scouting to identify breakthrough technologies
- Build data models, repositories, ETL pipelines, and dashboards for real-time insights
- Use NLP & AI to enhance analysis and reporting
- Work in an Agile environment with 1-week sprint cycles
What You Need:
- Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, AI, Software Engineering, or related field
- 5+ years in a data analytics role
- Expertise in Python, SQL, PowerBI, R, TensorFlow, NoSQL
- Experience with ETL pipelines, REST APIs, media monitoring, and technology foresight
- Strong analytical & critical thinking skills
- NATO/International organization experience? Big plus!
