Learner Success Coaches are responsible for maximising retention and ensuring apprentice progress to target by monitoring learner progress, conducting routine progress reviews every 10 -12 weeks, and providing coaching support sessions as required for each learner.
You are an experienced Education Coach/Mentor, with excellent administrative and communication skills, an eye for detail, and a sound respect for ensuring compliant practices. You’ll enjoy overseeing a busy schedule of learner meetings and be able to quickly build rapport with learners and line managers from a variety of sectors and disciplines. You’ll enjoy maintaining key reporting by accurately updating learner LMS and learning platforms.
You’re conscientious and committed to ensuring that learner’s needs are at the forefront. You’ll be quick to determine and escalate any risk or issues relating to progress across components to your Line Manager and that you complete written feedback following learner sessions via the learner LMS platform, using the guided form capture.
You will ensure that internal reporting is updated to ensure that both employers and Data Mentors are kept up to date with learner progress. Wherever progress to set milestones is not met you will address via progress review actions and objectives set.
