Service Engineer Machine Tools - Home Counties
Do you have good experience of fault finding and repairing Machine Tools?
My client is looking for an experienced Machine Tool Service Engineer. The company is very well established - one of the UK's biggest Machine Tool companies. They are excellent to work for and have a fantastic reputation.
Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 + company vehicle + bonus
You will need Machine Tool service experience to apply for this position.
The company is looking for someone with experience working on lathes or machining centres visiting Aerospace, Power Generation, Motorsport, and automotive engineering companies.
Responsibilities:
- Scheduled maintenance of the machines
- Regularly visiting customers
- Dealing with service and repairs
Training on the machines is second to none. However, you will need experience.
The job is working from home (based in the Home Counties), but you will need to be able to travel across the area. Occasional stays away are required.
Minimum Requirements:
- Engineering HNC or equivalent experience
- 3 years of Machine Tool knowledge
- Good Mechanical and basic electrical fitting skills
Knowledge of Fanuc, Siemens, or Heidenhain would be ideal.
